Cypher Capital: Venture capital firm operating in the crypto space.

Bill it Up: A podcast where AI meets Crypto, Technology meets Humanity, and East Meets West.

Challenge:

Cypher Capital was launching a podcast hosted by their Managing Director, Bill Qian. They called it Bill It Up.

The idea was simple - bring on top voices in crypto, AI, and tech, and have real, valuable conversations.

The guest list was already stacked. Founders from Polygon, KAST, and other big names were on board. But the content around the podcast didn’t match the level of the guests or the vision.

There were no premium trailers, no short-form clips, no real distribution strategy. And without that, the value of the conversations was getting lost.

The goal wasn’t just to launch a podcast. It was to build Bill’s personal brand and make Cypher Capital more visible to founders and LPs.

But without strong content, it wasn’t going to land the way they hoped.

The team didn’t have content experience. It was taking way too long to figure things out, and they didn’t know what formats would work best.

They needed a partner who could take full ownership of the content side, while also understanding the world they operate in - crypto, tech, and venture.

This wasn’t about just hiring editors.

They needed a creative and technical team that could help bring the whole thing to life properly.

What we did/ solution:

1. Deep Research Before Action

We started by understanding who the content was for - crypto and AI founders, young ambitious minds, and people building bridges between Eastern and Western ecosystems. That clarity shaped our creative direction from Day 1.

2. Assigned a Specialized Team

We staffed a lean but focused team around their podcast:
