Challenge:

Benjamin loved interviewing guests on his podcast but struggled with the workload that followed. Post-production tasks—editing, distributing, and promoting his content through short form clips—were taking up 5–10 hours every week.

This left him with no time for personal life or other priorities in his business. While he experimented with AI tools to lighten the load, they required too much manual effort and fell short of delivering the quality he wanted from a professional team.

We stepped in to help Benjamin by automating and optimizing his post-production workflow. Here’s what we did:

   Benjamin’s podcast was assigned a team of three specialists:

   • Copywriter: Selected key moments from each episode and wrote engaging captions and copy for short clips.
   • Editor: Turned those moments into polished, professional short-form videos.
   • Project Manager: Oversaw the entire process on Trello, ensuring seamless communication, consistent updates, and quality assurance.

2. Streamlined Content Distribution:

   We produced short-form clips from his podcast and posted them across platforms, when needed

3. Workflow Transparency:

   We provided Benjamin with a clear view of progress at all times via a Trello board, showing the status of each task.
